Continuing Education Requirements

Hours Required
Continuing Education: 30 Hours every two years.
Compliance Date
Every two years. Licenses can be renewed the First day of the month in which your License expires on elicense. https://orea.elicense.irondata.com

Exam Requirements
All sections and quizzes in the course must be completed.
All Real Estate Licensees - NOT First Time Renewal:Complete the 3-Hour Law and Rule Required Course and take a minimum of 27 Additional hours of continiuing education from Certified Continuing Education Providers.
Broker- First Time Renewal: Complete the 27-Hour Broker Advanced Practices Course and the 3 hour Law and Rule Required Course.
Property Manager - First Time Renewal: 27 hour property manager advanced practices course and the 3 Hour Law and Rule Required Course.

Carryover Credits
Excess credits cannot be carried over to the next reporting period.
Course Repetition
Credit will not be given for course completed more than once in each two year renewal period.
Credit Reporting
Course completion certificates are provided to students upon completion of the course. A Real estate licensee must maintain the licensee's own continuing education records for three years after the renewal date for which the continuing education credit appllies.
