Effective September 21, 2022: All licensees are required to complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education. As of this date, those 22.5 hours must include a minimum of each of the following: 2 hours on Implicit Bias Awareness, 2 hours of Cultural Competency, 3 hours of Fair Housing, 1 hour in Law of Agency, 2.5 hours in Ethical Business Practices, and 1 hour of Legal Matters. As notified by NY DOS, all licensees expiring September 21st or later are subject to these updated requirements.
