If you are looking for information on satisfying the new NAIC Annuity requirement adopted in your state, you can find information here on the effective dates and whether or not we have courses available to satisfy the requirement. We will continue to update this page with information as it becomes available.
CAPE Education offers printed self-study courses on a limited catalog. If you see "book available," the course may be completed either online or in book format. If you choose to have the printed manuscript shipped, you will still have access to the online material and online exam.
Effective January 1, 2024: Continuing Education final exams for Georgia are now required to have a minimum of 10 questions for the 1st credit hour with an additional 5 questions for each subsequent credit hour. Students must obtain a score of 70% or greater.
Effective January 1, 2026: Continuing Education courses for Georgia will not be approved for more than 12 hours for any self-study or online course
