If you are looking for information on satisfying the new NAIC Annuity requirement adopted in your state, you can find information here on the effective dates and whether or not we have courses available to satisfy the requirement. We will continue to update this page with information as it becomes available.

After purchasing, you may complete courses at your leisure by logging into your Cape School account. Package prices do not include state filing fees - these will be applied at checkout where applicable.

• Effective January 1, 2012: Ohio regulations require that distance learning courses contain 10 questions per credit hour on the final exam. (For example: A 20-credit course will have a 200-question final exam)
• No proctor required!
• On written exams, the course completion date will be the date the provider grades the exam.
• Self-Study courses are available both online and in paper format. Online courses can be viewed anytime. Written materials are available for $75 with an additional $5 per course plus shipping/handling. Online courses cannot be printed.
