If you register here for NY CLE credit and want to add Pennsylvania CLE credits reporting at a later date, CAPE will charge a $20 per course and $1.50 per credit additional jurisdiction filing fee to process, post and report your credits to the PA CLE Board.

    CAPE is a fully accredited CLE provider in Pennsylvania. CLE credits received from CAPE will satisfy the NY CLE requirement through reciprocity. What is reciprocity? New York attorneys who are satisfying the CLE requirement of another state or who take courses approved in another state will receive 1:1 credit for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity. However, attorneys should be aware that there are differences in requirements from state to state. Those attorneys must ensure that they are also meeting the requirements of New York's program. For example, New York requires that four credits be taken in courses related to ethics and/or professionalism. See State Requirements for further information.
