West Virginia state requires that attorneys complete 24 credits by June 30, 2016 including at least 3 credits in legal ethics, office management, substance abuse, and/or elimination of bias in the legal profession credits. Half the credits must be in classroom and the other half may be correspondence (audio/video self-study courses or teleconference). Up to 6 excess general credits may carry forward to the next reporting period.
Credit Reporting:
CAPE is a Presumptive Provider with The West Virginia State Bar.
Credits must be completed by June 30, 2016 and filed by July 31, 2016.
