Continuing Education Requirements
Resident Title Insurance agents are required to complete 4 hours biennially in the Title category.
Non-Resident Title agents are not required to complete any additional credit hours as long as they have met the requirements in their home state.
Compliance Date
Agent’s date of birth, biennially; licensee’s born in odd numbered years report in odd years, even numbered birth years report in even years.

Exam Requirements
Self-study final exams are required to be monitored by a disinterested 3rd party (i.e. someone with no business or family relationship to the student).
Carryover Credits
Carryover credits are not allowed.
Course Repetition
Credit will not be given for a course that is repeated within a 2-year period.
Credit Reporting
Cape School will report continuing education credits to State Based Systems. A course completion certificate is provided for the agent's record.
